Systec products represent absolute reliability – even under the strictest laboratory conditions. To ensure and provide independent verification for our reliability, we maintain a quality management system according to DIN EN ISO 9001, certified by TÜV Rheinland. Systec GmbH & Co. KG is also clearly aware of the responsibility that a world-class company has for the environment, which makes compliance with all established environmental and ethical standards indispensable to our company. To reinforce our commitment, we operate according to an environmental management system certified under DIN EN ISO 14001. This ensures that the environmental impact of our high-quality autoclaves is kept to aminimum during our production, as well as in the daily operations of our customers. For Systec, however, quality means more than just high-quality end products and reliable production. In this sense, we offer our customers comprehensive service and quick assistance in the case of all questions or concerns. We provide the QM and Environmental Policy below as part of our service.

By creating and maintaining a safe, health and performance-promoting work environment and comprehensive health management, we stand by our responsibility to our personnel, because they are the key stone of the business success of Systec GmbH & Co. KG.

Therefore, Systec follows the following principles:

Occupational Health and safety is seen as one of the most important tasks of management and executives.
The primary goal is the general avoidance of industrial accidents and company-related illnesses.
Workplaces are basically designed to be ergonomic, safe and healthy.
Compulsory, optional and optional preventive care examinations are actively offered and employees are encouraged to take up preventive care.
The occupational safety and health policy enjoys the same status as our quality, environmental and human rights policy.
Every employee is encouraged to submit suggestions for improvement.
Necessary investments for the continuous improvement of occupational health and safety are made immediately.

The high quality of our training services was even ensured by the Chamber of Industry and Commerce in a multi-stage process: Since 2017, Systec has been awarded the “IHK TOP-Ausbildungsbetrieb” certificate.

Also in July 2022, Systec GmbH & Co. KG was again awarded the IHK seal “TOP AUSBILDUNG” for outstanding training quality. In order to reach young people, Systec GmbH & Co. KG works with local schools, offers internships and is present at training fairs. A special new project is the Instagram account on which our trainees report about their training.
