ALP Autoclave

The ALP Model RKZ-40Ⅱ high-pressure pouch autoclave compensates for pressure differences by applying external pressure to the packaging, preventing pouch rupture during sterilization. The unit features a post-sterilization packaging shower cooling function to protect packaged food from deterioration. In addition, the autoclave is equipped with a food internal temperature sensor and a recorder that displays the F-value (sterilization value), enabling users to determine the optimal sterilization conditions for each type of food product.
