HOA VIET SCHOLARSHIP – SHARING AND EMPOWERING, 6TH EDITION – YEAR 2021

“HOA VIET – SHARING AND EMPOWERING” is an annual scholarship fund to JOIN HANDS IN NURTURING DREAMS that Hoa Viet Co., Ltd. awards to students studying at the Faculty of Chemistry – University of Science (VNU-HCM).

Established in 2016, the Scholarship Fund has reached its 6th year, marking six years of accompanying students in disadvantaged circumstances who continuously strive, persevere, and dedicate themselves to achieving their dreams.

Hoa Viet Co., Ltd. awards 05 scholarships to Chemistry students for the 2021 – 2022 academic year with the following specific requirements:

1. Eligibility:

• All students of the Faculty of Chemistry, University of Science, VNU-HCM
• Good moral conduct
• Difficult family circumstances
• Good academic spirit and results in the academic year 2020-2021 (for second-year students and above); good performance in the National High School Exam for first-year students.
• Actively participate in student activities and movements; priority given to students who have received university-level awards or higher (5-Merit Student, Outstanding Academic Achievement), and Youth Union/Student Association leaders.
• Have not received any scholarship from other organizations or individuals in the academic year 2021 – 2022.

2. Scholarship value: 05 scholarships, valued at 3.000.000 VND each

3. Scholarship application documents:

• Handwritten curriculum vitae detailing family circumstances and personal efforts (following the
  template). Students must fill in the information directly on the template (handwriting required)
• Academic transcript for the 2020–2021 academic year or Admission Notice for first-year students.
• Conduct / training score transcript for the academic year 2020 – 2021
• Certificate of difficult family circumstances (if any)
• Copies of certificates, awards, and commendations (if any)

Note: No notarization is required for any documents; for academic transcripts, the company accepts direct printouts/files from the student portal.

4. Application procedure: Submit application directly via email
