SYSTEC Mediaprep culture media sterilizer
The Systec Mediaprep prepares and sterilizes culture media quickly and conveniently, with capacities ranging from 10 liters to 120 liters. The culture media is continuously homogenized via an integrated magnetic stirrer, and the media temperature is continuously monitored throughout the sterilization process via a PT100 sensor.
For optimized automated plate pouring, Systec Mediaprep is connected to Systec Mediafill using a pre-sterilized silicone tubing.
SYSTEC Mediafill automated petri dish filler
Mediafill is available with 3 carousel sizes holding up to 220, 440, or 660 Petri dishes, compatible with Petri dishes of 90mm, 60mm, and 35mm diameter, bi-plates and tri-plates, dish heights up to 26mm, with a filling rate of 900 dishes per hour. The unit can also be converted into an automated tube filler accommodating up to 4 racks of test tubes with diameters from 13mm to 30mm. The integrated inkjet printer saves time and ensures good process control. The process is fully automated and remotely monitored via a pager that alerts users in case of faults requiring user intervention.
The Systec Media Preparator product line optimally saves time and labor while ensuring high efficiency.
The device meets requirements for unalterable data storage and features monitoring software compliant with FDA 21 CFR Part 11. It also integrates 5-level user access management in the basic configuration.
