Atago PAL-HIKARi 30 (Melon) infrared refractometer
The Atago PAL-HIKARi 30 (Melon) infrared refractometer allows accurate measurement of the Brix (sugar content) of melons by simply touching the fruit surface without cutting or juicing. The device can measure both surface Brix from 10-20mm and core sugar content (CoreBrix), providing a comprehensive evaluation of melon quality. In addition, its convenient design eliminates the need for complicated cleaning after each measurement, saving time and effort.
